In December 2008, Group Human Resources (GHR) of Aitken Spence PLC successfully branded itself as "Genuity" to provide HR Solutions to external parties both locally as well as internationally. This was carried out with a view to share our knowledge and expertise which we've gained through many years of service.

Genuity has held a number of programs for local and foreign clients which included team building programs for local hotels, recruitment for companies, Management Training Programs (MTP) for university under graduates and so on. Its first overseas venture was to train and develop the employees of the Port of Durban, South Africa in the field of port efficiency management and training. This made a significant impact on its subsequent international ventures.

In addition to the programmes mentioned above, consultancies for certain schools in Colombo are being carried out by Genuity as CSR activities as well.
